Weight Watchers Jambalaya Stuffed Peppers recipe

Components:
1½ kilos boneless, skinless rooster breasts, trimmed and minimize into 1-inch items

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a big rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

2. Reduce tops off peppers and punctiliously take away the core and seeds, taking care to not break up the pores and skin. Cube the pepper tops and put aside. Let stand, coated, till all liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes.
