This is likely one of the greatest lentil soup recipes I’ve ever tried. With its hints of ginger and lemon, it’s nice for chilly climate (winter’s not over right here sadly!).

Weight Watchers Lemon Lentil Soup recipe
Makes 10 servings

Substances
1 1/2 cups purple lentils
1 1/2 cups inexperienced lentils
2 tomatoes, chopped (or 1 can diced tomatoes)
2 carrots, stalks chopped
6 garlic cloves

1/4 teaspoon pepper (or to style)


Preparation
1. Pre-soak the lentils for two hours, and rinse or immediately boil.
